Foods is a privately owned company formed in 1993. Based in Bangor Maine, we operate under
FDA inspection. The management team bring a vast experience from all sectors of the food
service industry. With a team of 75 people, we currently produce 50,000 meals per week
with a capacity of 100,000 meals per week.

Senior and Community Based Service Agencies organizations to offer innovation and value to
their special need clients / customers.
Our inflight frozen food choices of Executive Class and
Economy Class are currently boarded on a number of leading North American airlines.
Our experienced culinary development team encourages
customers to be directly involved with menu design concepts. Customers benefit from our
flexibility to produce and distribute moderate size volumes.
Our management team is very "hands on" with the
daily operations and in the production areas several times a day. The Executive Chef comes
from the healthcare industry and has a strong food safety, nutrition, and purchasing
background. The Quality Assurance Chef focuses on quality and consistency. She manages our
nutritional requirements, HACCP, and FDA programs. The QA Chef came from the
University were she still teaches. Our Development Chef worked in the fine dining sector
and brings creativity and innovation to our team.
We partner with the University of Maine Food Science and
Human Nutrition Department. This group is nationally known and respected for its work in,
flash frozen technology, nutritional menu development, and food safety. Jeanie Marshal
Foods offers internship programs to University students. |
